#第四节烘焙大赛暨是爱吃节#蓝莓乳酪蛋糕
蓝莓中含有的花青素、具有很好的抗氧化及提升血液循环的作用。经常吃蓝莓可以让皮肤的弹性十足,促进皮肤的紧绷度,使皮肤具有光泽,减少皱纹的出现。
另外蓝莓还有增进视力,改善睡眠的作用等~~~~~~~~~~~~~
所以我将这平时最爱的一款水果融进芝士蛋糕中,吃起来酸酸甜甜的,入口即化,软绵,细腻的口感,对蛋糕口味挑剔的不妨来试试这款(温馨提示:如做6寸的话需要将材料减半哦)

  • 低粉40克
  • 细砂糖80克
  • 柠檬汁几滴
  • 奶油奶酪250克
  • 黄油60克
  • 玉米淀粉20克
  • 1克

  • 1.将蛋白跟蛋黄分开备用,奶酪、牛奶一起隔热水融化
  • 2.加入隔热水融化好的黄油
  • 3.再加入蛋黄搅拌均匀
  • 4.低粉、玉米淀粉跟盐混合过筛,加入并搅匀
  • 5.然后将混合物过筛一遍,使之变细腻
  • 6.蛋白加入柠檬汁,分三次加入细砂糖打发至湿性发泡
  • 7. 按照戚风的混合方法将蛋白跟蛋黄奶酪糊混合均匀后倒入铺有油纸的烤盘中
  • 8.适量加入蓝莓
  • 9.放入提前预热好的烤箱中层,水浴法,烤箱底部放一盘热水,面糊另外架在烤盘上
  • 10.上火140度,下火150度,烤80分钟左右,烤好后放在烤箱内焖一小时在出炉
  • 11.再切片食用
  • 12.成品欣赏
