Steps to make 糖蒜

  • 1.大蒜剥去外皮,切去根部。
  • 2.开水中加盐溶解冷却,放入蒜头浸泡2天去除辛辣味。
  • 3.浸泡后的大蒜捞出,头朝下晾干。
  • 4.白糖、香醋和花椒放在奶锅里烧开晾凉。
  • 5.蒜头放入陶瓷罐中,倒入糖醋汁,再加入50ml高度白酒,密封放阴凉处腌制一个月以上。
  • 6.酸甜爽脆,佐粥、配饺子都蛮好。
