话说包汤圆这事儿,春节的时候就极度想付诸行动,可是拖着拖着不知怎么夏天都快来了,敢情今天是专程来补元宵节功课的。以前没包过几回汤圆,所以一开始觉得很难,幸好在包到第三只的时候,找到了感觉。等到咬开皮子,感受芝麻馅汩汩流出的时候,简直别提有多美了。芝麻汤圆真好吃,尤其是自己包的,更好吃。

    • 1.南瓜洗净,去皮去籽后蒸熟,用筷子可以轻易扎入;
    • 2.取出烫的南瓜放入碗中,用勺子迅速按压成泥;
    • 3.再迅速将南瓜泥倒入糯米粉中搅拌;
    • 4.揉成面团,做到“三光”,即盆光、面光、手光;
    • 5.将黑洋酥搓成大小相等的团备用;
    • 6.揪一块南瓜糯米面团,揉捏成碗状;
    • 7.将黑洋酥团放在中间;
    • 8.收口捏紧;
    • 9.再将汤圆搓圆即可;
    • 10.烧一锅水,水开后将汤圆下入锅中,边煮边用勺子搅拌(最好是用木勺子);
    • 11.煮到汤圆浮起后,再盖上盖子焖煮2至3分钟;
    • 12.完成。
