    • 1.荠菜洗净焯水,挤干水分剁细。
    • 2.夹心肉剁细,加盐、料酒、生抽、蚝油往同一个方向搅拌均匀。
    • 3.干香菇浸泡后切细。
    • 4.豆腐压成泥。
    • 5.全部食材放在一起,加盐、蒜泥、一勺植物油。
