  • 年糕300g
  • 洋葱半个
  • 鱼丸100g
  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 280 ml
  • 辣椒粉2小勺
  • 酱油2大勺
  • 砂糖一大勺
  • 料酒2大勺
  • 1根
  • 韩国辣椒酱1勺
  • 水麦芽糖1.5大勺
  • 蒜末1大勺

Steps to make 15分钟韩式辣炒年糕

  • 1.首先锅里倒入辣椒粉,砂糖,韩国辣椒酱,水麦芽糖,料酒,酱油,蒜末
  • 2.倒入水
  • 3.开中火,把所有调料搅拌均匀煮到水沸腾起来
  • 4.加入年糕,半个葱,洋葱和鱼片以后,搅拌均匀
  • 5.然后呢煮到年糕汤减少一半为止
  • 6.这个过程大概需要10分钟左右利用这个时间开始煮两个鸡蛋
  • 7.汤水减半后倒入两个煮熟,剥好的鸡蛋,剩下的半个葱,搅拌均匀后出锅
  • 8.装好盘子里,最后再撒少许芝麻粒在上面,就可以上桌了,是不是超级好做呢?甜甜辣辣的韩式辣炒年糕完成~!
