【骨香田园火锅】--- 色彩缤纷的营养火锅
一到冬天,其实我常常煮火锅,主要是因为怕冷,喜欢吃得热腾腾的,另外也因为有孩子,吃火锅饭菜不会凉,不用担心吃得慢,还有就是省事,不用一盘盘的炒那么多菜。家里人也多,像文中这样的量,只有差不多一半,几乎每次都是顿顿吃光。

排骨和萝卜的搭配,真的很完美,它们煮出来的汤底很是清甜,调料上只要加一点食盐,就已经很美味。再加上各种缤纷的配菜,看着、吃着都很温暖、很享受,有股春天的感觉。

Steps to make 【骨香田园火锅】--- 色彩缤纷的营养火锅

  • 1.排骨清洗干净。
  • 2.准备好各种配菜(一)。
  • 3.准备好各种配菜(二)。
  • 4.锅中加入适量水,放入排骨煮开,焯出血水,然后用温水冲洗干净。
  • 5.砂锅中加入适量清水,放入排骨,同时加入2片姜片和1根葱白段。
  • 6.盖上盖子大火煮开转中火煮约40分钟至排骨熟透,汤汁奶白。
  • 7.加入一盒原汁上汤。(这样汤底更鲜美一些,如果这里不加上汤的话,开始煮的时候水量要一次加足)
  • 8.加入白萝卜煮约10分钟。(这步不能少,不用把白萝卜完全煮烂了,因为刷火锅的时候还要煮,但放在排骨汤一起煮过的,汤底更鲜,如果这里不煮,直接等到刷火锅的时候再放白萝卜片,味道就没这么好了)
  • 9.加入青蒜段,即可转入火锅刷配菜。
