  • 1. 准备材料,香葱洗净,利仁电火锅洗净擦干
  • 2.洋葱、香葱切碎
  • 3.泡菜切丁
  • 4.大碗中打入鸡蛋
  • 5.鸡蛋打散加入泡菜汁
  • 6.加入洋葱、香葱拌匀
  • 7.加入面粉、糯米粉、盐、糖拌匀
  • 8.加入适量水调整浓稠度,调整至面糊可以流动,但不要太稀
  • 9. 倒入少量油烧热
  • 10.把泡菜面糊倒入利仁电火锅中摊成小饼,小火煎
  • 11.一面煎至定型翻面继续煎,两面完整定型就熟了
