Steps to make 羊肉炖萝卜

  • 1.羊排剁小块,清洗干净,放冷水中浸泡至常温。倒出血水。
  • 2.青萝卜洗净,去皮,切块。
  • 3.葱切滚刀,姜切片,蒜备用。
  • 4.煮锅内放入羊排块后加清水大火烧开,焯好的羊肉洗去浮沫,洗时尽可能用温水。
  • 5.炒锅下油,放入葱姜蒜炒香。
  • 6.将羊肉放入,倒入生抽后,翻炒3-5分钟。
  • 7.将翻炒后的羊肉放入砂锅,加适量水,没过羊肉,加适量枸杞,大火烧开后转中小火炖一个小时。
  • 8.一小时后,倒入萝卜,适量盐,继续炖煮半个小时,待萝卜酥软后即可出锅。
