清蒸芋丝肉丸

Steps to make 清蒸芋丝肉丸

  • 1.芋头,青葱。
  • 2.只用了一半的芋头,去皮后刷成丝。
  • 3.准备肉末、香菇丁、姜蒜末。
  • 4.热油锅,爆香姜、蒜、香菇。
  • 5.放一半的肉末入锅炒。
  • 6.加适量的盐炒出香味。
  • 7.炒熟的肉末放入芋丝盆中,再将另一半的生肉末倒入。
  • 8.放入盐、酱油、蚝油、红薯粉、胡椒粉、鸡精调味。
  • 9.搅拌均匀。
  • 10.做成小丸子放入盘中,入锅大火蒸15分钟。
  • 11.蒸熟后出锅。
  • 12.成品。香香的挺下饭。
