糖发面饼
糖发面是面食中的一种作做法,成品柔软,口感香甜,做法简单、既使凉吃也不硬,可作为早餐饼食用。

Details of ingredients

  • 面粉400g
  • 温水170g
  • 酵母2g
  • 泡打粉3g
  • 食用油50g
  • 白糖80g

Steps to make 糖发面饼

  • 1.200g普通面粉中,加入温水120g、酵母2g和成面团盖盖,放温暖处发酵。
  • 2.发酵好的面团中再加入200g面粉。
  • 3.再加入80g白糖。
  • 4.加入50g食用油。
  • 5.再加入50g温水和成面团。
  • 6.饧发20分钟后瞅出等量的剂子,压扁擀平。
  • 7.压上花纹(也可不压纹),再次饧发。
  • 8.这是饧发好的饼胚。
  • 9.烤箱先预热10分钟,放入烤盘、上下190度烤10分钟。
  • 10.烤饼柔软,囗感香甜。
  • 11.凉吃也不硬(饼是每个称量的,均等的、但角度不一样,感觉前面的大些后面的小了一点)。
