  • 1.黄瓜去皮。
  • 2.擦成丝,加盐腌制出水。

  • 5.姜蒜花椒加热水浸泡,冷却后备用。
  • 6.分次加入葱姜水、黄瓜汁往同一个方向搅拌上劲,每次都等肉吸收完看不见水再加,总共约加了150g。
  • 7.放入黄瓜丝拌匀,盖保鲜膜放入冰箱冷藏。
  • 8.面粉加水和成光滑面团,盖湿布放温暖处发酵。
  • 9.发酵好的面团。
  • 10.面团取出揉匀排气,分成小剂子。
  • 11.压扁,擀成中间厚四周薄的小圆片。
  • 12.放上黄瓜肉馅,包成包子,放到铺了屉布的笼屉里,饧发20分钟。
  • 13.冷水上锅蒸,上汽后蒸15分钟,关火虚蒸5分钟开盖。
  • 14.喧软鲜甜的大包子。
