Steps to make 玛格丽特

  • 1.黄油室温软化(或用微波炉按:解冻1分钟,用刮刀按压一下以助软化)。
  • 2.加入糖粉,盐,先不开电,拌匀一下(防糖飞),再开电打发。
  • 3.中间用刮刀刮一下边的黄油。
  • 4.打至发白,体积膨松。
  • 5.过筛熟蛋黄细末,搅拌均匀。
  • 6.倒入过筛的淀粉、低粉,拌匀。用手按揉至均匀、无干粉。
  • 7.面团可放入冰箱冷藏1小时(可省略此步)。(预热烤箱170度10分钟。
  • 8.取一小块面团揉成小圆球。小圆球放在铺好锡纸的烤盘上,用大拇指按扁,出现自然的裂纹。
  • 9.放入预热好的烤箱,中层170度,20分钟左右,边缘微黄即可。马上用刮板移饼至烤架上,以防出水。
