东北熏干豆腐卷

    Steps to make 东北熏干豆腐卷

    • 1.肉馅加水沿一个方向搅上劲,加葱姜末、盐、面酱、酱油、五香粉、鸡精、淀粉、熟植物油继续搅一会。
    • 2.放置20分钟入味。
    • 3.将干豆腐铺在案板上。
    • 4.上面均匀的铺上肉馅抹平。
    • 5.卷起。
    • 6.将卷好的豆腐卷放入蒸锅蒸15分钟,蒸之前用牙签在豆腐卷上扎一些洞,防止在蒸的过程中出现气泡。
    • 7.另外拿一炒锅,锅中放一张锡纸,锡纸上面放白糖。
    • 8.把蒸熟的豆腐卷连同蒸笼一起放入炒锅中。
    • 9.盖上锅盖,开火,等锅中冒烟大概十几秒关火,然后焖一会让豆腐卷上色。
