  • 1.红豆清洗干净,用水浸泡一晚上。

  • 8.擀成中间厚四周薄的小圆片。
  • 9.放入蜜红豆。
  • 10.左右手配合收好口,收口朝下放置。
  • 11.擀成牛舌状。
  • 12.中间用刀切开,两头连着不切断。
  • 13.卷起。
  • 14.放到铺了玉米叶的笼屉里二次饧发,待馒头胚变大变轻时,冷水上锅蒸,水开上汽后16分钟,关火虚蒸5分钟开盖。
