  • 1.饼皮:面粉240克,泡打粉2.5克,白糖20克,玫瑰花碎1.6克,盐1克,鸡蛋48克,水48克,葵花籽油70克,蜂蜜32克馅料:玫瑰云腿月饼馅270克。
  • 2.将鸡蛋,蜂蜜,白糖,盐,油,水倒入大碗。
  • 3.搅拌均匀。
  • 4.加入玫瑰花碎,拌匀。
  • 5.将面粉和泡打粉混合筛入糖油液中。
  • 6.拌和成面团,盖上保鲜膜,松弛半小时。
  • 7.将面团和馅料分别分割成12份。
  • 8.取一块面剂按扁,放入馅料。
  • 9.包起来。
  • 10.收口向下放置。
  • 11.摆入烤盘,放入预热200度的烤箱,中层,烤约25分钟左右。
  • 12.表面金黄出炉。
