Steps to make 白灼基围虾

  • 1.新鲜基围虾买回来用水浸泡一会。
  • 2.用少许盐搓洗虾的表面,冲洗干净。
  • 3.葱蒜切片,葱打结。
  • 4.锅内烧适量水,加入姜葱蒜烧开小火煮一会。
  • 5.倒入虾,加少许盐,一汤勺料酒煮一分钟左右。
  • 6.捞出看虾全部变红就可以了,上桌时用小碟子盛上醋和生抽,滴几滴香油,沾汁吃更美味。
