冬季里的滋补好零食——芝麻酥片
每隔一段时间离家不远的广场上就会来一批卖东西的人,各种各样东西的摊位,花草、吃的、穿的、日用品.....像赶集一样特别热闹,早上一大早来晚上八九点就收摊。差不多每次都会去逛逛,有时也不是为了买东西就是凑凑热闹,芝麻酥糖就是在那些卖吃的摊位上见的一种食品,多次动了想买的念头,逛的人太多老板也不用什么遮盖一下,就那样暴露着,总感觉不太卫生想想也就算了。

其实这种酥片也是我们老家湖北的特产,做法不算难,我这里用了一些麦芽糖,降低甜度,减少了甜腻感,口感更醇厚了一些,入口并没有太多的甜味,嚼着嚼着才感觉到甜甜的。

不管是老人、还是小孩偶尔吃上几块还是蛮好的,资料显示黑芝麻具有“补肝肾,滋五脏,益精血,润肠燥”等功效,被视为滋补圣品。含有优质蛋白质和丰富的矿物质,也含有丰富的不饱和脂肪酸、维生素E和珍贵的芝麻素及黑色素,对补钙、降血压、乌发润发、养颜润肤、提高生育力都有一定的作用,另外,还可以降血脂、抗动脉硬化,抑菌防腐,润肠通便,保护肝脏,清除自由基、抗衰老和抗癌和降血糖作用等多种功效。

芝麻也可以换成核桃、花生、爆米花、...等其它干货。一次不要做的太多,吃完了再做,吃太多也会发腻的。

Steps to make 冬季里的滋补好零食——芝麻酥片

  • 1.准备好所需要的材料
  • 2.锅烤干至无水。
  • 3.倒入黑芝麻和白芝麻不停的翻炒。
  • 4.炒至芝麻一捏就可以碎,备用。(这里主要是要把芝麻炒熟,如果不想炒也可以放烤箱里烤熟也是一样的)。
  • 5.另取一锅倒入砂糖48克、麦芽糖112克、水68克、盐2克中火煮开。
  • 6.煮至锅中的液体温度大约达到130度左右。
  • 7.煮好的液体迅速倒入炒好的芝麻中,不停的翻炒均匀(芝麻和液体混合后是有些粘的状态的,如果不是那说明之前的的液体没煮好,遇到这种情况可以再开火把锅中的芝麻和液体再加热翻炒至粘连状态。)
  • 8.炒好后倒入不粘纸上(烤箱用的油纸就可以)。
  • 9.把不粘纸另一端折过来,四周折好,(其实也可以修入模具里面压平,我这里主要是做的不是很多家里也没有太小的模具)。
  • 10.用擀面杖使劲的擀压平整。
  • 11.展开不粘纸。
  • 12.待还有一些微微热的时候,把它切成一小块一小块即可。
