Steps to make 黑芝麻糊

  • 1.黑芝麻和糯米洗净沥干水分备用
  • 2.干锅倒入黑芝麻小火炒熟(要勤着翻动,避免糊锅)小心芝麻会在锅里跳舞哦,不要伤到自己。,糯米倒入干锅同样小火炒熟,炒至小部分糯米开花即可
  • 3.将炒好的黑芝麻分次放入料理机干磨杯中(因为我的料理机比较小所以分次磨成粉)拨动开关心中默念十个数,拿下来干磨杯晃动几下,再打十秒(其实打一次就已经很细腻了,不要放太多芝麻,因为芝麻打成粉体积会增加)
  • 4.同样糯米打成粉
  • 5.打好的黑芝麻和糯米粉倒入容器中搅拌均匀
  • 6.我做的比较少,大家做的多余的可以用密封袋子装起来,每次喝的时候根据个人喜好加入适量糖和热水冲调成糊,浓度根据个人口味选择。用淡奶油或者酸奶滴上几个小点点,用牙签轻轻划一下浪漫的桃心搭配上嫩绿的薄荷是不是很有食欲呢。
