照烧糯米鱿鱼筒
鱿鱼最常见的做法是爆炒,今天换个花样来做,鱿鱼里面塞上调味糯米饭,表层刷上照烧汁,放入烤箱烘烤25分钟。烤熟后切开即可食用。

Steps to make 照烧糯米鱿鱼筒

  • 1.先准备一碗糯米饭。
  • 2.鱿鱼清洗干净去内脏和表层黑膜。
  • 3.洋葱,胡萝卜,芹菜,黄椒切丁。
  • 4.火腿切小丁,生姜大葱切末。
  • 5.锅中放油,下入葱姜末爆锅。
  • 6.下入洋葱炒出香味。
  • 7.下入胡萝卜翻炒。
  • 8.胡萝卜稍微变软就放黄椒丁和芹菜丁。
  • 9.最后放糯米饭和火腿丁,翻拌均匀。
  • 10.调味米饭炒好了。
  • 11.另准备一个照烧汁:适量生抽,蚝油,蜂蜜拌均匀。
  • 12.将米饭塞入鱿鱼中,用牙签固定封口。
  • 13.表层刷一层照烧汁。
  • 14.放入烤箱中层200度25分钟。
  • 15.中间翻面后再刷照烧汁。
  • 16.切开装盘。
