  • 猪里脊肉600克
  • 生姜5克
  • 八角2个
  • 生抽25克
  • 蚝油10克
  • 食用油40克
  • 白砂糖40克
  • 2克
  • 芝麻10克

Steps to make 自制肉松(面包机版)

  • 1. 猪里脊肉去除筋膜,切成2-3厘米方块
  • 2.烧热水把肉块灼水
  • 3.肉块用清水洗干净
  • 4. 电饭煲里放入没过肉块的水,再放入生姜和八角,煮1小时
  • 5.煮到用筷子夹起肉块,用手能轻松的捏开肉就可以了
  • 6. 肉块用保鲜袋装起来,用擀面杖擀松
  • 7.把肉稍微撕碎一点,撕成肉丝
  • 8.调味料材料混合均匀
  • 9.肉丝和调味料倒入面包桶里
  • 10.启动面包机的肉松功能
  • 11.在肉松程序结束前10分钟,加入芝麻
  • 12.肉松炒好以后取出放凉了装到密封的容器里
  • 13.肉松的保质期室温下大概是一个星期,可以放冰箱冷藏,尽快吃完
