南瓜玫瑰包子
之前我菜谱中做过一种玫瑰式样的花卷,是用紫薯做的。也是大多数网友熟悉的方法。今天再介绍另外一种样式的玫瑰花制作。

Steps to make 南瓜玫瑰包子

  • 1.猪肉韭菜馅备用
  • 2.南瓜蒸熟去皮,搅碎成泥状
  • 3.酵母、南瓜泥和面醒发
  • 4.切一块面团,像做饺子似的切成面剂子
  • 5.擀开
  • 6.如图上下左右各切一刀,成四个扇形;中间留下空间
  • 7.把备用的馅放在中心留下的位置
  • 8.如图先卷起一侧扇形
  • 9.再卷起对面一侧的扇形
  • 10.再卷剩下的第三面扇形
  • 11.卷好最后余下的第四个扇形。醒发,上笼屉蒸熟(视灶具和馒头大小掌握时间)
