自制零食——鸡米花
自制零食系列,鸡米花很多人去kFC都会点的吧,大家都喜欢这一款小巧酥脆的小食,也不是没有道理的,今天教大家这个配方,只要炸的好,就是很接近KFC里的鸡米花的味道的自制鸡米花了,大家一起自制吧!

  • 鸡胸脯肉一块(约150g)
  • 胡椒粉1/4小勺
  • 低筋面粉三大勺
  • 一小勺
  • 1/2小勺
  • 酸奶100g
  • 泡打粉一小勺

Steps to make 自制零食——鸡米花

  • 1.鸡胸脯肉洗净,
  • 2.切成均匀的小方块,
  • 3.撒上胡椒粉和盐,拌均匀,
  • 4.用刀面拍打肉粒,(让肉粒的肉质变得蓬松一些,能更入味,最主要的是炸的时候比较好熟,)
  • 5.用保鲜袋装起来,
  • 6.把酸奶倒进去,密封,然后用手抓一抓,把鸡肉和酸奶混合均匀,冷藏1小时左右,
  • 7.低筋面粉、盐和泡打粉混合,
  • 8.把腌制好的鸡肉粒均匀的裹上面粉,
  • 9.全部都裹上,
  • 10.把油烧至三成热,
  • 11.下鸡肉粒,小火炸至表面微微变色即可,(检查一下,这时候鸡肉应该是熟的了,如果还不熟就变色,说明炸的油温过高,调低火候,再小一些的火炸,)
  • 12.迅速捞起,这个时候鸡米花的颜色不是很好看,我们需要第二色上色,
  • 13.把油温烧至八成热,把上一步炸好的鸡米花放下去,炸至变成金黄色,迅速捞起,控油,
  • 14.外焦里嫩的鸡米花就做好了,
