原味海绵蛋糕

Steps to make 原味海绵蛋糕

  • 1.所有材料准备好
  • 2.鸡蛋入无油水的打蛋盆中,牛奶黄油入一碗中,两个6寸活底蛋糕模具内铺油纸,内侧围上一圈油纸,便于后期脱模
  • 3.黄油牛奶隔水融化,备用
  • 4.用电动打蛋器中速将鸡蛋打发,白糖分两次加入,提起打蛋器后,蛋液痕迹不轻易消失
  • 5.分两次筛入蛋糕粉,充分混合均匀之后再筛入第二次的面粉
  • 6.翻拌均匀
  • 7.用橡皮刮刀铲三铲面糊入融化的牛奶黄油液中
  • 8.混合均匀后,将其倒回到大盆的面糊中
  • 9.混合成有光泽的蛋糕糊
  • 10.将蛋糕糊倒入事先铺好油纸的蛋糕模具中,轻震几下,震出大的气泡
  • 11.入提前预热好的烤箱中层,150度,50分钟左右
  • 12.出炉后,震两下,震出多余的热气;轻松脱模,撕去周边的油纸,于晾架上晾凉
  • 13.完美脱膜,没有回缩
