    • 1.原料如图。
    • 2.韭菜切碎,洋葱火腿切碎,红辣椒切丝,泡菜切碎。面粉备好。
    • 3.先用水把面粉混合搅拌好,再把其他材料放入搅拌均匀。放入盐调味。
    • 4.锅里用刷子刷一层油,保持小火,用勺子把面糊舀到平底锅里,稍微摊薄一些。
    • 5.一面煎好翻身,煎到两面金黄即可。
