  • 10.发酵好后的面团,手指沾面团戳个洞不回缩
  • 11.拿出来多擀几次排气
  • 12.分为六个面团,可以借助电子称,醒15分钟
  • 13.酥皮也分为六个
  • 14.取一块面团擀圆包入巧克力碎
  • 15.像包包子一样收口
  • 16.正过来,收口朝下
  • 17.酥皮擀薄放上面团
  • 18.慢慢收口至四分之三
  • 19.反过来整形
  • 20.包好放烤盘,我的烤箱小,只能烤架,用水果刀划一些花纹,不可以切断
  • 21.放烤箱二次发酵至变大
  • 22.发酵好后中间都被撑变形了,刷蛋液
  • 23.烤箱预热180度10分钟,选择140度25分钟,具体温度根据个人烤箱来定
  • 24.烤好后的样子
