泡芙是我和我家小朋友都很爱吃的西点,只是不太喜欢奶油,可这个不加奶油,就真心不好看了,为了这个漂亮的外观,也就多吃几口奶油吧。看着不起眼的泡芙,经过一装饰,一个个美丽的天鹅就呈现在眼前了。看着好养眼呀,心情也跟着美丽......

  • 100克
  • 黄油40克
  • 淡奶油100克
  • 细砂糖30克
  • 巧克力酱少许
  • 1克

Steps to make 天鹅泡芙

  • 1.将黄油、盐和水放入锅里
  • 2.烧开,黄油充分融化,关火
  • 3.加入过筛的低筋面粉,用刮刀混合均匀
  • 4.再次开火,搅拌,直到锅底部出现一层薄膜关火
  • 5.鸡蛋打散,分次加入
  • 6.混合成均匀细腻的面糊
  • 7.装入裱花袋,挤出正反的“2”的形状,放入烤箱,上下火,180度,烤5分钟出炉
  • 8.将裱花袋的口开大一点,挤出天鹅的身子形状,放入烤箱,上下火,190度,烤25分钟左右,然后焖10分钟出炉
  • 9.淡奶油里加入细砂糖
  • 10.用打蛋器隔冰水将奶油打发,装入裱花袋
  • 11.将烤好的原味泡芙切开,装入淡奶油,切开的上面一部分再如图切一刀
  • 12.装上天鹅的头部,盖上上面的两片原味泡芙,用巧克力酱点上眼睛,天鹅泡芙就做好了
