烧茄子
烧茄子是我最爱的一道菜,茄子软软的非常入味,加上肉片的香味非常下饭,每次吃都要撑到。不过过去的烧茄子第一道工序是将茄子过油,这样做确实好吃,但是不符合现在少油的健康理念,于是我用微波炉将茄子块先打软,再跟肉片啥的一起烧,试验了几次味道还不错,不比过油的差啥,这样又享受了美味还注重了健康一举两得。

  • 猪肉80g
  • 生抽15ml
  • 10g

  • 白糖8g
  • 10ml
  • 九三鲜榨大豆油20ml
  • 淀粉10g

Steps to make 烧茄子

  • 1.准备好食材:圆茄子、猪肉、彩椒、生抽、葱姜蒜、淀粉、醋、白糖、九三鲜榨大豆油。
  • 2.茄子洗净切块、葱姜切碎、彩椒切块、猪肉切片、大蒜拍一下剁碎。
  • 3.茄子放在微波炉容器内放入微波炉高火加热6分钟。
  • 4.猪肉放点淀粉和生抽抓抓,取一个碗放入白糖、淀粉、生抽、醋、一半蒜末和清水勾兑一个碗汁。
  • 5.炒锅烧热后加入九三鲜榨大豆油,油热之后下入猪肉片煸炒。
  • 6.猪肉变色之后下入葱姜碎爆香。
  • 7.下入微波炉打好的茄子翻炒2分钟
  • 8.然后加入彩椒块翻炒几下
  • 9.加入适量盐翻炒均匀
  • 10.最后倒入勾兑好的碗汁翻匀
  • 11.关火之后再加入剩余的一半蒜末翻炒均匀即可出锅。
