  • 1.备好所有食材。
  • 2.糖,鸡蛋,蜂蜜先拌匀。
  • 3.加入低粉,泡打粉,牛奶拌匀。
  • 4.加入融化的黄油拌匀。
  • 5.充分拌匀,盖好,静置半小时。
  • 6.鲷鱼烧模具电陶炉上加热。装入少许面糊,再放少许红豆馅。再装上面糊八分满。
  • 7.盖起来,烤一分钟,再翻面烤一分钟左右即可。可以翻面两次,不容易糊。
