蛤蜊榨菜滋补汤
蛤蜊味咸寒,具有滋阴润燥、利尿消肿、软坚散结作用。《本草经疏》中记载:"蛤蜊其性滋润而助津液,故能润五脏、止消渴,开胃也。咸能入血软坚,故主妇人血块及老癖为寒热也。"现在除这种传统用法外,还对蛤蜊组织进行化学提取,提取物称为蛤素。动物实验证明,蛤蜊对小鼠的肉瘤和腹水瘤都有抑制作用和缓解作用。蛤蜊蒸蛋现代医学认为,蛤蜊肉炖熟食用,一日三次可治糖尿病;蛤蜊肉和韭菜经常食用,可治疗阴虚所致的口渴、干咳、心烦、手足心热等症。常食蛤蜊对甲状腺肿大、黄疽、小便不畅、腹胀等症也有疗效(以上摘自百度)

  • 1.材料,蛤蜊新鲜着呢....吼吼,那只有喜字的盘子是我老妈的嫁妆唉 嘿嘿。
  • 2.把榨菜,鲜肉都切好。
  • 3.把肉丝和榨菜丝倒进油锅里翻炒。
  • 4.等榨菜和肉丝抄的快熟了,加入水,烧滚,加一小点的盐,由于榨菜本身就是咸的,所以加一点就够了
  • 5.再倒入蛤蜊,加点料酒,继续煮。
  • 6.等烧到每个蛤蜊都开口了,就可以了。
  • 7.味道鲜美,有营养。
