牛肉烧土豆
牛肉的各种做法,土豆炖牛肉是家人的最爱,不但有牛肉的软烂鲜香,还有土豆的绵糯入味,比酱牛肉好吃多了,口感软嫩,不柴不硬,老人孩子都爱吃。

Steps to make 牛肉烧土豆

  • 1.新鲜牛肉冷水浸泡出血水,注意换水,然后反复洗净,切约3公分左右的块,锅中加入适量的水,水开下入肉块焯水,然后捞出备用。
  • 2.西红柿切块,这是自家种植的西红柿,秋收的时候摘回来洗净,冻在冰柜里,可以吃一个冬天,绝对是绿色食品。
  • 3.炒锅加入适量的油,爆香花椒大料、干红椒、葱、姜、蒜末,加入牛肉,喷入料酒翻炒。
  • 4.关键的一步来了,此时加一大勺自制黄豆酱翻炒,把牛肉炒透入味,再加入西红柿翻炒,把西红柿炒出汤汁来。
  • 5.加入适量多一点的开水,大火烧开,小火慢炖,大约炖1小时左右。土豆去皮洗净,切滚刀块。土豆可以多放点,软面香糯,味道超好,营养也丰富,家人都爱吃,每次做都尽量多加一个土豆,准备好的土豆最后10分钟直接下入锅中炖熟。
  • 6.炖好的牛肉和土豆加点胡椒粉调味,再撒点香菜末,味道超好。
  • 7.出锅装盘,还可以根据自己喜欢的口味加调料调味。
