香辣烤鱼

Steps to make 香辣烤鱼

  • 1.我用的是海鲜大礼盒中的黄鱼。
  • 2.已经腌制过,所以无需再处理,如果是鲜鱼就要事先处理一下,还要腌制入味,所以我这里就省略啦。
  • 3.把黄鱼尾部用锡纸包起来,防止烤糊了。
  • 4.放将黄鱼入烤箱中层,上下火180度烤25分钟,两面金黄色就可以了。
  • 5.配菜没有统一绝对,只要是自己喜欢的就可以,我这些都是家里现成的。
  • 6.豆芽菜洗净。
  • 7.香葱切段,姜切丝,蒜瓣儿,红辣椒。
  • 8.香芹切成寸段。
  • 9.洋葱切丝,红辣椒切成圈⭕。
  • 10.平菇洗净。
  • 11.焯水。
  • 12.锅内放油烧热,放入洋葱丝煸炒至软。
  • 13.放入豆芽菜继续煸炒至软。
  • 14.倒入烤盘里,接下来制作汤料,↓↓↓。
  • 15.锅内放油,放入尖辣椒,花椒粒,姜丝,蒜瓣,香葱段爆出香味。
  • 16.放入少许豆瓣酱。
  • 17.加入香芹翻炒均匀。
  • 18.放入平菇继续翻炒入味。
  • 19.加入少许生抽调味。
  • 20.放入适量清水烧开。
  • 21.放入少许火锅底料。
  • 22.将火锅底料融化熬出香味,放入适量盐,白糖调味,汤料煮好了,马上看看黄鱼差不多了吧。
  • 23.这是烤好的黄鱼。
  • 24.将烤好的黄鱼放在铺好底的烤盘里。
  • 25.把煮好的汤料倒在烤盘里,撒上红椒圈⭕。
  • 26.最后一步千万不能省略: 锅洗干净,重新烧热倒入食用油,等到冒烟时马上浇在鱼上面。
  • 27.“刺啦”一声,马上激出香味,表示大功告成。
