  • 木糖醇15g

Steps to make 南瓜豆沙包

  • 1.绿豆沙做法:100g绿豆加适量水入高压锅,上汽后15-20分钟关火,水分基本没有时,加入15g木糖醇,边小火加热边搅拌2-3分钟,粘稠时即可
  • 2.南瓜去皮、去瓤、切块,放入锅里加适量水煮10分钟左右,用筷子插一下能插透即可取出,捞出滴干水分放入容器里
  • 3.用擀面杖把南瓜撵成泥,手感不烫时即可加入面粉
  • 4.按面粉:生南瓜=2:1的比例,在南瓜泥中加入面粉,再加入酵母
  • 5.揉成稍软的南瓜面团
  • 6.将面团置于温暖湿润处,饧发至原来的2倍大
  • 7.取出面团揉10-15分钟,排出里面的空气,揉成长条状,分割成均匀的8个剂子
  • 8.按成扁圆型
  • 9.用擀面杖擀成中间厚四周薄的面皮
  • 10.将绿豆沙分成均匀的8份,取一份团成球状,置于擀好的面皮上
  • 11.包包子
  • 12.包好全部包子
  • 13.包子置于蒸笼内,垫上玉米叶,继续饧发10分钟
  • 14.冷水上锅,中火蒸制,水开后继续蒸15分钟,关火焖2-3分钟,即可取出食用
