酥脆版美式巧克力奇谱(改自美国时代杂志配方)
说起巧克力奇谱饼干,它其貌不扬,但是在美国可是家喻户晓,是一款非常受大众欢迎的明星饼干,原版的巧克力奇谱个头非常大,每块饼干大约有50克或者更重一些,它们一口咬下去,是湿润中略带嚼劲,满满的坚果和巧克力让饼干瞬间风味独特,回味无穷。我这次做的是酥脆版本的奇谱,用砂糖替代红糖,口感上突出的是脆,也许有小伙伴会说,糖在配方中的含量多了,其实咱们用到的大量苦甜巧克力就已经将饼干的甜度降低了,而且糖能够使饼干很酥脆,我个人认为这个甜度刚刚好,再来一杯普洱,完美的下午茶。。。。。

  • 低粉240克
  • 泡打粉1小勺
  • 黄油140克
  • 细砂糖150克
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 香草精1小勺
  • 苦甜巧克力100克
  • 南瓜子80克
  • 杏仁70克

Steps to make 酥脆版美式巧克力奇谱(改自美国时代杂志配方)

  • 1.提前准备好所需原料。
  • 2.黄油软化后加入细砂糖,打蛋器高速打发2分钟,呈蓬松的羽毛状。
  • 3.加入鸡蛋,继续高速搅打均匀。
  • 4.加入香草精
  • 5.一次性倒入混合过筛的粉类(泡打粉+高粉+低粉)
  • 6.用刮刀按压拌匀
  • 7.倒入切碎的巧克力,杏仁和南瓜子
  • 8.彻底拌匀
  • 9.将饼干团称重28克一个,放入烤盘中
  • 10.烤箱开上下火,170度烘焙28-32分钟
  • 11.烤好的饼干凉透即可享用。
