板栗鸡汤
天冷了,喝点暖暖的汤很舒服,平日喜欢用隔水炖的电锅,这次尝试一下砂锅会不会更鲜美。因为要给宝宝喝,所以放了胡萝卜。

  • 枸杞20个

Steps to make 板栗鸡汤

  • 1.鸡斩块,锅里放水,姜拍散,水煮沸,把鸡焯一下,捞出洗净
  • 2.砂锅里放枸杞,枣,葱,鸡肉,倒入水,煮沸,去沫,小火煲一个小时
  • 3.将板栗,马蹄,胡萝卜洗净准备好
  • 4.倒入砂锅,放盐,再小火煲一个小时
  • 5.出锅时可放点香菜,也可不放,寒冷的天喝点暖暖的汤真不错!晚上拍照光线不好,照片效果不好,但味道还是很鲜美的。
