五香卤水蛋

Steps to make 五香卤水蛋

  • 1.鸡蛋洗净。
  • 2.煮锅里倒入清水,煮开后放入鸡蛋,把鸡蛋煮熟。
  • 3.另准备一个小锅,倒入适量清水,取一包卤料放入国内,小火煮开。
  • 4.鸡蛋煮熟后,用一勺子背面轻敲鸡蛋壳,把鸡蛋壳敲裂即可
  • 5.卤水锅里加入敲裂壳的鸡蛋,水盖过鸡蛋。
  • 6.卤水锅内倒入适量老抽,颜色变深即可。
  • 7.大火煮开后转小火煮3分钟,加适量盐,关火盖盖焖一晚上即可。
