灵芝别名:灵芝草、仙草、瑞草,也叫长生草、灵草、还魂草。

Steps to make 鲜灵芝煲鸡汤

  • 1.准备所需材料。
  • 2.将鸡洗净剁成两大块,红枣洗净去核、党参洗净切段,枸杞、桂圆洗净。鲜灵芝用小勺把灵芝粉刮下来,然后切成长条。
  • 3.锅内放水烧开,把鸡肉放入锅内焯烫去血水,然后捞起洗净。
  • 4.瓦锅内加适量的清水,然后放入焯烫过的鸡肉。
  • 5.再加入姜片、红枣、桂圆、枸杞、党参。
  • 6.最后放入灵芝。
  • 7.盖上盖子大火煲滚,转小火煲1个半小时。
  • 8.然后加入灵芝粉,再煲10分钟。
  • 9.最后加入适量的盐调味即可。
