Steps to make 脆皮豆腐

  • 1.豆腐一块。
  • 2.将豆腐切成小块用盐水浸泡30分钟。
  • 3.取一个保鲜袋装入地瓜粉和淀粉混合,将豆腐块放入袋中来回晃动几下,使每块豆腐都沾上干粉,放置2—3分钟使干粉固定在豆腐上。
  • 4.锅里加油烧热,放入豆腐块炸至金黄色捞出。
  • 5.用厨房纸吸油后装盘即可。
  • 6.将蒜瓣切碎,拌入所有的调味料调匀,蘸料就做好了。蘸上它吃味道好极了。
