  • 1.将黄豆浸泡一晚上。
  • 2.将泡黄豆洗干净,倒入九阳豆浆机,添加适量水,插上电源,按五谷豆浆键。
  • 3.听到蜂鸣声后拔掉电源。将豆渣过滤。
  • 4.过滤好的豆浆冷却到80-90°
  • 5.准备一小勺内酯,添加量为豆浆量的0.2%—0.4%。(豆腐,豆腐花:500克豆浆加入内酯1.25-1.3克)。
  • 6.将内酯用少许凉水化开,倒入豆浆内。搅拌均匀。
  • 7.直接倒入大碗或者分装在小碗内。在温暖处保温15分钟左右。
  • 8.凝固好的豆花会有少许水,可以用勺子撇去。
  • 9.将火腿、彩椒、香葱切丁。
  • 10.豆腐花内倒入味极鲜和香油。
  • 11.撒上火腿、彩椒、香葱。(或者根据自己的口味添加作料)。
  • 12.一碗美味的豆腐花做好了。趁热吃哦!
