Steps to make 营养香甜无腥味—胡萝卜烧羊排

  • 1.羊排买回来后泡水半天,泡出血水。
  • 2.胡萝卜削皮洗净。
  • 3.蒜、姜、八角分别洗净。
  • 4.胡萝卜切块状,姜切片。
  • 5.羊排剁成小块状。(在肉摊已经叫老板把骨头部份剁开,自己切成小块即可)。
  • 6.锅中热油,倒入羊排翻炒出香味。
  • 7.炒至羊排变色,下姜片、蒜、八角继续翻炒。
  • 8.调入适量盐、生抽、老抽、水。
  • 9.倒入高压锅中,响声起后转中小火压15分钟。
  • 10.压得8分熟的羊排。(其实也差不多熟了,不过羊排肉质咬不断)。
  • 11.倒入胡萝卜块,用筷子搅拌均匀后,放入高压锅压至响声起,转中小火15分钟后,排气即可。
