双色磅蛋糕
据说磅蛋糕是皇室下午茶必备的甜点,今天就带大家体验下这种皇室的感觉。跟戚风蛋糕轻盈松软的口感不同,这款蛋糕奶香味更浓郁,口感更扎实,如冰淇淋般美味。
我做的是香味草搭配抹茶味,也可以做同一个口味的。磅蛋糕加入的黄油比较多,吃了容易发胖,所以一次不要吃太多,偶尔放肆一下就好。

  • 糖粉80g
  • 鸡蛋100g(2只)
  • 低筋面粉100g
  • 泡打粉1g
  • 抹茶粉5g
  • 香草精2滴
  • 40g
  • 15g

Steps to make 双色磅蛋糕

  • 1.黄油室温软化,加入糖粉,打发至黄油体积蓬松,细腻光滑无颗粒,颜色发白的状态
  • 2.分3次将打散的蛋液加入到黄油中,每次搅打至蛋液完全吸收再加入下一次,防止油水分离。
  • 3.黄油糊筛入低筋面粉
  • 4.将面糊平分两份,一份抹茶粉和泡打粉混合均匀
  • 5.另一份加入香草精混合均匀
  • 6.分别将香草面糊、抹茶糊装入裱花袋中,挤入磅蛋糕模具中。
  • 7.然后再挤入抹茶面糊,轻震一下,用刮刀把面糊刮平。
  • 8.烤箱上下火170度预热5分钟,放入烤箱烘烤55分钟。
  • 9.15克糖加40克水煮沸放凉
  • 10.取出烤好的磅蛋糕,趁热刷上糖水。
