Details of ingredients

  • 鸡蛋3个
  • 色拉油35g
  • 面粉600g
  • 细砂糖35g
  • 吉利丁片10g
  • 鸡尾酒200ml
  • 雪碧50ml
  • 白巧克力30g
  • 消化饼干2块
  • 奶油奶酪100g
  • 牛奶35g
  • 淡奶油90g
  • 柠檬汁12g
  • 清水20g
  • 白砂糖35g

Steps to make 海洋慕斯蛋糕

  • 1.蛋黄中加入牛奶、色拉油混合均匀,筛入低筋面粉继续搅拌。
  • 2.蛋白中加入白砂糖搅打均匀,打至硬性发泡。
  • 3.1、取1/3蛋白霜加入蛋黄糊中,搅拌均匀,再全部倒入剩下的蛋白霜中,倒入模具,放入烤箱中,上下火预热150℃,烤制50分钟。
  • 4.白巧克隔水融化,倒入准备好的模具中。
  • 5.蓝色鸡尾酒和雪碧混合,加入提前泡好的吉利丁片至融化。
  • 6.消化饼干进行粉碎做成沙子形状备用。
  • 7.奶油奶酪加细砂糖搅打均匀,加入柠檬汁、融化后的吉利丁片液体继续搅打;再将90g的淡奶油打发,最后将奶油奶酪、慕斯糊、淡奶油进行搅拌。
  • 8.拿出烤好的蛋糕,分3层,倒入奶油奶酪糊均匀抹平,放入冰箱冷藏4小时。
  • 9.取出后装饰即可。
