  • 2.蛋清分离,蛋黄加16克白糖!

  • 5.加入低粉搅拌均匀(上下搅拌,像炒菜一样)
  • 6.蛋清加柠檬汁3滴,打至鱼眼泡加入白糖(3分之1)
  • 7.湿性加入白糖!(3分之1)
  • 8.最后在加入剩下的白糖!
  • 9.打至硬性发泡(打蛋器有阻力感)
  • 10.混合物加3分之1蛋白,快速上下搅拌均匀!
  • 11.将上一步骤的混合物倒入蛋白盆里,快速上下搅拌均匀!
  • 12.搅拌均匀后,混合液提起,混合物有滑落的感觉!同时烤箱150度预热5分钟!
  • 13.150度30分钟后,在160度20分钟!
