  • 花生碎100克

  • 小苏打2克

Steps to make 桃酥

  • 1.面粉中加入泡打粉和小苏打,过筛后备用
  • 2.熟花生仁切碎备用
  • 3.白糖180g和橄榄油200g混合搅拌均匀
  • 4.鸡蛋2个,打散后留少许刷生坯用,其余全部倒入油糖混合盆中
  • 5.筛入 面粉
  • 6.加入花生碎
  • 7.抓成面团
  • 8.取40g面团,揉成圆形放入烤盘,用手压扁
  • 9.刷上一层鸡蛋液,撒上少许黑芝麻
  • 10. 烤箱预热,中层,180度,上下火烤15-18分钟。晾凉后装入饼干盒中
