日式豆腐味增汤
味增汤----在韩国就是大酱,而日本称之味增。
味增汤味道浓郁也很鲜美,喝上一碗暖暖的浑身舒服。
味增是大豆发酵而成,据说味增含有一种天然的抗氧化剂能够预防老化。
所含的一种酵素,可以将身体里的放射线排出体外,所以对于长期使用电脑的人,要经常食用会很好的。

Steps to make 日式豆腐味增汤

  • 1.海白菜用温水泡发备用。
  • 2.豆腐切块开水焯一下。
  • 3.口蘑洗净切片,萝卜去皮切片,味增取出放入小碗中备用。
  • 4.把蘑菇和萝卜片放入开水中焯烫一下备用。
  • 5.味增加入少许温水搅拌均匀备用。
  • 6.砂锅加入清水放入豆腐,蘑菇和萝卜煮上7分钟。
  • 7.豆腐煮出小孔。
  • 8.加入搅拌好的味增汁。
  • 9.再加入海白菜煮上3分钟。
  • 10.加入盐,胡椒粉,香油调味。
  • 11.最后加入葱花关火。
