  • 牛肉300g
  • 圆白菜200g
  • 洋葱半个
  • 胡萝卜50g
  • 木耳50g
  • 3瓣
  • 手抓饼3张
  • 酱油1大匙
  • 米酒1大匙
  • 蚝油1大匙
  • 淀粉1茶匙

Steps to make 牛肉炒饼

  • 1.材料备齐,木耳泡软。
  • 2.圆白菜,洋葱丝,木耳切丝,蒜切碎。
  • 3.牛肉用所有调味料(除了盐)腌制一会。
  • 4.手抓饼用平底锅煎熟。
  • 5.切成条状。
  • 6.锅内放油。表面炒熟后盛出备用。
  • 7.锅内再放少许油扁炒蒜末,洋葱丝和胡萝卜丝炒软
  • 8.再放牛肉翻炒。
  • 9.最后放圆白菜丝炒软
  • 10.放入手抓饼条,适量盐调味即可!
  • 11.有饭有菜,也适合做早餐!
