  • 2.蛋白用打蛋器打至呈鱼眼泡状
  • 3.分次加入细砂糖
  • 4.继续搅打至蛋白出现纹路
  • 5.将蛋黄与10克细砂糖混合打散
  • 6.把蛋白倒入蛋黄中,轻轻搅拌均匀
  • 7.筛入低筋面粉
  • 8.装入裱花袋,用圆形裱花嘴在烤盘上挤出长条形,即可放入预热好的烤箱190度,烤箱中层,约10分钟烤焙。
