Steps to make 萝卜丝鲫鱼汤

  • 1.白萝卜切小条状,鲫鱼收拾干净,姜切片,大葱切节。
  • 2.炒锅里放入一块猪油开小火化开。
  • 3.放入几粒花椒,小火煸几下。
  • 4.放入姜片,继续煸炒。
  • 5.轻轻放入鲫鱼,小火煎到两面微黄。
  • 6.放入大葱节煸炒。
  • 7.煎好的鲫鱼放入汤锅里,加入没过鲫鱼的开水,大火再次烧开。
  • 8.改小火炖半小时。
  • 9.半小时后汤就已经炖得很白了。
  • 10.放入白萝卜,不要盖盖子煮两分钟,调入少许盐提味。
  • 11.鲜美的鲫鱼汤就做好了。
