  • 1.黄油室温回软加盐稍打发
  • 2.加入细糖打发至颜色变浅,体积变大
  • 3.分次加入鸡蛋液打匀
  • 4.加入香草精打匀
  • 5.加入过筛两次的所有粉类
  • 6.将面团切拌成团
  • 7.将面团包上保鲜膜,冰箱冷藏一小时以上
  • 8.面团擀成1cm左右薄片,用印模压出图形
  • 9.烤盘垫纸,烤箱中层170度,25分左右
