Steps to make 圣诞姜饼

  • 1.先准备做姜饼饼底的材料,低筋面粉250克,黄油50克,水30克,红糖粉25克,糖粉50克,蜂蜜35克,鸡蛋25克,肉桂粉1/4小勺(1.25ML),姜粉1小勺(5ML)
  • 2.将姜饼所需材料倒入盆中,揉成光滑的面团,开始有点粗糙,耐心多揉一会儿就会变光滑了
  • 3.将面团冷藏1小时松弛,松弛好的面团擀成0.3厘米左右的薄片
  • 4.用各种饼干模刻出形状
  • 5.刻好的饼干坯放置铺了油纸的烤盘,饼干表面刷上水蛋液(10克蛋液+20克水),静止20分钟后再刷一次水蛋液,这里刷的水蛋液用10克蛋液和20克水调和
  • 6.烤箱180度预热,12分钟左右
  • 7.饼干烤好后接下去准备装饰糖霜的材料,蛋白20克,糖粉150克,色素少许,柠檬汁5Ml
  • 8.蛋白加糖粉用手动打蛋器打发,分次加入5ML柠檬汁,打成蛋白糖霜
  • 9.打好的糖霜分成若干份,加入各种食用色素
  • 10.装入裱花袋
  • 11.袋口剪一小口就可以描线条了,如需刷底色用毛笔轻轻刷即可,这一步完全发挥你的想象了
  • 12.稍稍晾一下,糖霜完全干透饼干就可以食用,或者装袋送人了,很体面的哦
