自制转化糖浆
自制转化糖浆,做月饼必备,做法超级简单,比外面买的要划算。

Steps to make 自制转化糖浆

  • 1.准备好柠檬,提前挤出纯柠檬汁65克待用。
  • 2.准备好糖500克。
  • 3.500克糖加300克水一起放入不锈钢锅内,搅拌均匀。
  • 4.大火煮开。
  • 5.加入柠檬汁,再次煮开,全程转小火(我是电磁炉开的500瓦温度)。
  • 6.熬煮40分钟,中途一直不能搅动哦,如果锅边溅有糖水,可以用刷子蘸点水慢慢沿锅边刷下去。
  • 7.熬好的糖浆放凉后,颜色会稍比煮好的时候更深(熬好的糖浆差不多是620克)。
  • 8.好了。
  • 9.漂亮的琥珀色,熬好的糖浆至少要一个星期以后再用,糖浆放至的时间是越久越好,可以用好几年,我一般都是今年做好明年才用呢。
